Courses Offered Include:

Adult CPR (2 ½ hours)
Learn to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults. Students will have plenty of opportunity to master the proper technique through repeated skills practice.

First Aid (3 hours)
An interactive class with emphasis on practice, students learn how to recognize and care for sudden illness, severe bleeding, burns, and injuries to muscles, bones and joints.

Adult CPR/AED (3 hours)
Hands on skills-training for adult CPR/AED prepares participants to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies. Each student will have the opportunity to practice CPR and work with an Automated External Defibrillator.

First Aid/Adult CPR (4 ½ hours)
This class combines Adult CPR and First Aid classes into one class. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide basic care for injuries, sudden illnesses, and cardiac emergencies until advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.

First Aid/Adult CPR/AED (5 hours)
Includes the same curriculum as First Aid/Adult CPR with the addition of AED training.

Blood Borne Pathogens (1 hour)
A training module for employers and employees who, while on the job, may be exposed to blood or other body fluids that could cause infection. Employers can offer this program as part of their compliance with OSHA regulations.

Course Information

American Red Cross certification for CPR/AED is valid for 1 year. American Red Cross certification for First Aid is valid for 3 years.

Prices include onsite training at your facility for classes of up to 10 people at a time.

Students will each have their own manikin to provide ample opportunity for practice.

All course materials are provided by LifeSavers Health & Safety Training and are included in the standard price.

Most courses are “hands-on” and require 400 square feet of clear and empty floor space for the students to practice skills.

Classes include video based instruction and require a TV/DVD player to be provided by the customer.
